I’ve been coming to see Joe at the Shawnee location for about 6 months now. I came because I was desperate for good care for my lower back. Joe worked with better breathing to help my core and gave me different exercises to work on at home. But the cherry on top is the dry needling treatments! It was a huge game changer! Joe Seyforth is da bomb. I had knee surgery two years ago followed by a ton of PT and gave up on actually getting better and stronger. Simple tasks like stairs have hurt for a long time. Joe has been working with me for about two months and I have had exponential improvement. He actually took time to fully evaluate me starting with ankles to my shoulders and posture. We also do awesome intense workouts like blood flow restriction therapy. All in all, I still have a ways to go, but the fact I can pick up my daughter without pain is already an amazing feat.

Chad at F.I.T. has been a life changer!!! I made an appointment a few months ago due to neck and should pain. I was expecting to walk into a normal chiropractor but was totally wrong! Chad has used multiple techniques, (dry needling, cupping, graston, KT taping, ART) which allowed for extremely quick pain relief. He also provided me with exercises to complete at home to help with my progress. In addition, everyone in the office is extremely friendly and down to earth. This is a great place! I would highly recommend them!

Just finished a 7 month 3 days a week rehab with Frozen Shoulder. Dry needling, active release technology & key exercises I am back to almost 100%.
