  I took a special boxing class taught by Elizabeth for the month of December that was amazing. The place was great and has lots to offer. I wish it was closer for me.

  Came in for my first ever class today and had a wonderful experience. Dawn literally knew who I was as she walked through the door, showed me how to set up the bike, and made me feel very comfortable. I will be signing up for regular classes here!

  I have a friend who lives in the area and has been wanting to check out the gym. We made plans to meet there Saturday morning for a boxing class. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted, the instructor took his time explaining things to us, the other members greeted us. It was surreal. When we got ready to leave we were handed a class schedule and said the owner was giving us another free class to try and she went over the other classes. I just now got a voicemail telling we look forward to seeing you again, let me tell you about the new classes we have and here is a special offer. I must say, I will be driving across town to try every class I wanted to based on my experience thus far. This place is great!

  The staff was extremely friendly and just walking in the door gave me energy with the great upbeat music.

  This is the best gym I've ever been a member of! Every class is challenging & fun with a very diverse mix of classes. The instructors are fun & can really push you. Each class has modifications in case you have joint problems or unable to do the specific exercise.
  I thought I was in excellent shape before but now I'm in the best shape of my life!
