  Beautiful park. Great place to sit by the water, fish, and go boating. They have boats for rent as well as the opportunity to bring your own. Dog friendly. Very peaceful. Has a very nice swimming area. They also have lifeguards on watch for added safety. They also have shelter houses available for rent for picnics and other events. A wonderful opportunity to explore nature. They also have well marked trails.Lots of parking and a nice amount of handicap parking as well. All around a fun Beautiful place to bring the whole family. I wish more people knew about how much fun is waiting for them in their own area. You don't have to travel an hour to see beautiful view. Can't wait to go back.

  There were lots of kayaks, sailboats, hikers on trail. Nice park decent size

  The summer months are quite busy at the park, but this has consistently been my go to stress relief location destination throughout the pandemic season. Now that restrictions are easing, road construction season has started and access to park via Renner Road blocked most of 2022.

  Absolutely beautiful lake and park with everything you need. It's an excellent place to see birds that you will not see in the city.

  The lake is absolutely beautiful. Had a wonderful time here with my girlfriend , and we put up a hammock and relaxed by a campfire. Just be aware though that they only do kayak rentals / any rental only on the weekends .
