If you want exceptional dental care, this is your dentist. Dr Sousa and staff are not only gifted at what they do, they also provide tlc which some people really need when it comes to their teeth. Love everyone there.
I am normally very stressed going to a dentist because when I was young I had a bad dentist. Josh Kiene was so relaxed, calming, friendly, and explained every detail he was doing today. I had a crown and 2 fillings. I am so impressed how well he did even though my fillings were worse than he originally thought. I would recommend him 100%! Everyone is extremely nice in the office too!
Very thorough, kind, and personable staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful; Dr. Sousa was great! Their dental plan is awesome, with no waiting period. I highly recommend them.
I chipped a tooth before an important business trip and needed it fixed! I called and made the appointment with next day service. I have not been to a dentist in awhile due to my anxiety from past experiences and I was shaking walking into the appointment. Andrew calmed me down immediately! He was fantastic to deal with. There was a slight miscommunication in what I was expecting to have done on my visit and once expressed to Andrew he corrected the problem professionally and they were able to get done what i needed. This is probably the best expirence I have had with customer service! Catie and Dr. Sousa were amazing as well. Dr. Sousa explained everything and made me feel relaxed and informed. I really appreciate them and I will definitely be back!
