They were very fair compared to other quotes I got, plus they don’t charge to come out and provide their quote like some companies. While the crew was at my home working everyone was respectful of my property and took steps to ensure that they didn’t damage anything. I would recommend New Star to anyone and everyone I know that needs any of the number of services they offer. I can see why they have been the premier company for roofing, gutters, windows, siding, & more in the KC Metro area for more than 24 years now.

(August 3, 2020, 4:36 am)Let me start off by saying this is one of, if not the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been involved in real estate in one fashion or another for most of my life and have worked with many tradesmen, general contractors, etc. My experience with some has been they sell you on a finished product and in the end it’s no where near that. Not with Trent & Eddie, these guys were terrific to work with. Like most homeowners I was dreading the fact it was time if not overdue for a new roof and possibly gutters. After the storms and heavy rains that was apparent to me and them the moment they came out to provide me with a free estimate. Their cost was vary reasonable on replacement of my roof, that I couldn’t pass the opportunity of getting a new gutter system too. In the end they delivered exactly what they told me i would get and were able to get their crew out immediately to get the job done. I can see why the have been in business for 24 years, highly recommend New Star Construction Services and should i ever need anything else they are my go to from now on. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out, they do way more than just roofs and gutters too.
