Christina is a great physical therapist. She has helped me to rehab both left and right total shoulder replacements. Everything from getting appointments scheduled, insurance verifications, to actual physical therapy sessions are excellent.
I had been to Physical Therapy one year ago with a different company and was very disappointed in my lack of progress. Not so with SERC, my therapist Christine Shepard at the Shawnee location was a Godsend. Over the course of 17 weeks my progress was amazing increasing my mobility by 80% and eliminating 90% of my constant pain. I'm so grateful to Christine and SERC and would rate them a perfect 10.
