  All the staff was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. From the check in, to the exam, the financial aspect, and choosing out glasses I can honestly say out of my 18 years of wearing glasses this was the best experience I've ever had. I plan on going back when I need to and recommending them to everyone. The frame selection was also a bit smaller than other places, but the ones they did have were updated and I had no problem finding a new pair. The guy that helped me find my frames was very professional and not pushy.

  Knowledgeable staff available to help easily over the phone or in person when it comes to handling glasses or contacts. Very nice and clean facility, and overall a great experience.

  Dr. Kinsey Honeyman and her staff are very professional, her exams and tests are detailed, she takes the time to explain the results and your choices in terms you understand. She takes the time to understand your specific vision needs based on lifestyle, age, health and the results, knows what the latest choices are and balances cost versus vision suited to your lifestyle and preferences, she gives you options to decide.

  Everyone was exceptional with my 4 year old daughter. Very friendly, professional, thorough, great at explaining everything to me and to my daughter in a way she understood and even called me back to refund money on a special that we qualified for. I’m so glad we found Highpoint!
