“Unfortunately we chose this place to have a birthday part for my son who became I'll the day of he party. I was told I would only be charged for cancellation fee and recieve the party fee back. Then I get a call that I am required to pay a cancellation fee, and they are keeping the party fee. Out $195 plus all the party supplies, no party for my sick kid. That makes sense. This is definitely overdue. The Millcreek team did exactly as they said their response. They did take care of us. And they have been great ever since.”

“Westglen and every single employee I have interacted with has been amazing. They return emails and calls promptly, the doctors, PAs and nurses really care, and I was able to speak directly to my doctor at 10pm on a Thursday night about some concerns I was having. The call was disconnected halfway through and Dr. Woldey did what he had to to locate my contact information and call me back. I really don't think I've ever had this level of care despite many health problems and endless doctors visits over the last 15 years. Thanks to them I finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan for something that was brushed off by my last gastroenterologist. Very thankful to have found this place!”
