  I was quoted a very reasonable fee to repair a front bumper (straighten out brackets) on a vehicle I am selling. When I received a call that the vehicle was ready to pick up, I was told there would be NO CHARGE since they were not able to get the bumper perfectly back into alignment. It looked 95% better than when I dropped it off. But obviously 95% isn't good enough for Carstar. They are a 100% quality organization. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

  The staff at Carstar Metcalf is incredible. Bryce was awesome to work with and my car looks as good as new. Highly recommend you go to them for any body work.

  After a bad experience with Carstar in Raytown, MO, I was reluctant to try another just over the state line. I’m glad I decided to try, because my experience was unparalleled. As soon as I pulled into the lot I knew I was going to be taken care of. I spoke to Lisa on the phone before arriving, and she went above and beyond to ensure my safety and timely vehicle repair. I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this shop. It’s quite far from my house but worth the drive for quality service.

  This is the best body shop you can take your car. I would and have driven out of my way to have my cars worked on here. The customer service and body work is literally the best in the business.
