  I actually come close to looking forward to my workouts with Doug. He explains the exercises, we laugh, the music is great and the time goes by quickly. Doug's knowledge of the field is impressive and I'm very pleased with the results.

  Doug of SLINKFIT is a dedicated professional who is easy to work with. He shows great deal of patience to help you improve your techniques when you are struggling and also admires you to boost your morale when you do well. He is pleasant and courteous to work with and does his best to accommodate you when you have to change your schedule. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is looking to get back in shape but is having hard time doing things on his own.

  I had always been pretty athletic and enjoyed working out. But that all changed about twelve years ago when I got a desk job and my activity level went way down. I didn't make my health a priority. After trying all sorts of gyms, online videos, and apps to get back in shape, I knew I needed to make a drastic change. That's when I found Doug and SLINKFIT. About 5 minutes into my initial consult, I knew this was the right choice for me. In a class setting, it was too easy to blend into the background, hide from the instructor or not give 100% effort. But, I can't do that with Doug! He watches everything I do and knows when he can push me to give more or when to have me scale it back a notch. He explains each exercise in a way that is easy to understand and gives directions that are easy to follow. If you're on the fence about what direction to take with your fitness goals, give SLINKFIT a chance. You won't regret it!
