Every time I call they are polite, the orders are done in a timely manner, if you haven't filled and your script is getting ready to expire they call and check on you. I recently had ordered a three month supply and shortly after my Dr changed my script. I no longer needed the three month supply. Midwest Compounders was more than generous in the way they were willing to work with me so I would not be out all the money I just spent on the three month supply. She removed several moles for me (over that 10 year period) that were suspicious. My son also saw her. She removed a wart on his finger. She was very attentive and thoughtful in her examinations and practice. My sister went to her as well, and loved her. I would refer her to anyone. “I have to go to a chiropractor once or twice a year. I'm generally fine, but occasionally throw something out of whack. I gave Stephanie a chance because I heard it was different than what I know as chiropractic service and it was! Chiropractors always do the same thing no matter what the issue is, but not Dr. Steph. There was no uncomfortable neck twisting or someone jumping on me while I'm twisted at a weird angle. This was gentle, focused, educational, and very effective.
