“My grandson and I really love koma , I have a lot of health issues. My doctor is on me about exercising 2 to 3 times a wk. . When I came to koma, I hurt everywhere due to my fibromyalgia, being overweight and 49 yrs old, I didn't know if I even could do taekwondo . They miss the early morning runs for hundreds of families and teens during the school year; not to mention the early runs on the way to sports in the summer!
