This journey proved wrong to the excuses most would make about time, commitment, and cost. Absent of experiences and knowledge with this training, I refuse to imagine what I would look or feel like. Dhruv is personable, knowledgeable, and flexible – all of which have been crucial to my success in feeling more confident in my own skin. My initial goals were to balance aesthetic muscle development and strength, along with creating a natural routine for my body to follow. After just the first 2 weeks of training I realized the benefits to staying in shape even if my goal was not to be the most shredded person. I was more capable mentally since I could destress through my workouts and organize more of my thoughts. Right away, I noticed that my mood and emotions were much easier to control and a lot more consistent. Those around me certainly notice the change in physique and it feels amazing. The best description I could give is like the icing on the cake or the cherry on top to know that what you are doing is actually showing progress. Physically, I’ve been the leanest and strongest I’ve been and that is an accomplishment I am proud to announce and to keep building on.
