“I've never felt more at home in an apartment complex. It's quiet yet alive. The tenants are friendly and the property clean. My two bedroom/two full bathroom is the perfect amount of space for family life, entertaining, and keeping a clean space. Most of all, the staff here onsite is the most fabulous group of people I've ever had the pleasure of paying rent to. They care so much about the everyday lives of their tenants, they're kind and engaging, I've never had to wait more than a couple of days for my service requests (I put in a lot because I hate taking care of stuff myself. CHANGE ALL MY LIGHTBULBS! BAHAHA), they throw a few events a year and really put a great effort into it, heck, they've befriended my children! I seriously don't know what I could ask for more in a community. We truly love living here and can't wait to renew our lease come this February.”

“I have enjoyed living here as there is nobody above or below you and there is minimal noise. The staff is pretty helpful and the location is close to my work. There has been some renovations getting done and the place looks nice. I have had some maintenance issues but nothing major and all was handled quickly.”

“It's been an excellent place to live for us. Been here 2 and a half years. Maintenance crew is quick to get there and does a good job. Great strip mall within walking distance. Lotta dog poop on the ground, they don't seem to enforce rules on that. Dog wash station would be great if they put warm water in, but the water's ice cold, unusable if it's cold outside. Floor plans and washing machine/dryer in apt are excellent. Really high power bills while we've been here, even w/o AC or heater all month. Staff is generally polite. Would recommend to a friend”
