“Matthew, Greg and Diego replaced our furnace and water heater. Prior to work being done, we were provided with a written estimate and explanation of the work to be done, how it would re-mediate condensation problem and suggestions for replacement equipment grades and price points. The replacement process was expedient, organized and professional. The process took about 4 1/2 hours. The weather that day was mild, so there was no urgency related to the lack of a furnace for a few hours. I have kept the furnace and water heat area open and uncluttered. This allowed the work to be completed expeditiously as well. The team of Matthew, Greg and Diego were professional, prepared and courteous. I would recommend Reddi Services to anyone.”
