They come to your home with the samples! Susan Conway is great! she came well prepared with lots of samples. I was unsure of what types and colors of carpet I wanted to use. She is very talented at putting colors and decor together which is one reason why I am glad I used her. If asked, she will offer ideas and suggestions but not in an overbearing way which is nice. I informed Susan of my budget and she was sensitive to making sure we stayed within it. My carpet turned out great. I especially love the stair carpet which was a suggestion from Susan. I have recommended Susan to many people which I would not do if I was not happy with her knowledge and her customer service. You will be happy too!”

There is nothing quite like watching your child learn new things and work on them with such excitement and pride. They were able to come to my house the next day to measure the square footage in my home while two other carpet companies gave us a week before they could come out and do the measurements. While he measured he took the time to have a great conversation with my Wife and I. Kevin Walton was the gentlemen that helped us out from start to finish and he was great to work with. “The location is a little away from a now closed major mall but still accessible from the highway easily. Had an early dinner at this location. Went with the steak/shrimp/loaded baked potatoes with a starter of potato soup. Soup was pretty good. The shrimp was good size and crunchy ,the loaded potato was good also. Steak was cooked to my requested amount a d was decently flavorful, but could have been better.Staff was nice and quick.”

“The room was clean and well taken care of. I liked the fact that there was no carpet which makes it so much cleaner. The only draw backs are with the beds being too high and the key card rarely working. My mom is short and I had to boost her onto the bed. The employees were very courteous and helpful and the price was a real value with such a nice room. I had a very nice experience.”
