“We really like living in Prairiefire. The office staff is friendly (and our dog LOVES getting treats at the office). The maintenance crew responds to things quickly and courteously. For the most part, everything is well cared for. There have been a few occasions of issues we brought up but they were addressed by staff immediately. The location is great as well and the resident discounts throughout the Prariefire businesses is a great add on perk!”

“My family and I have lived here since April. We moved from out of town and, due to a last minute job offer, had to quickly go from living on the MO side of KC to the KS side. We had a week to find a new apartment and, with two young kids and a cat, this was extremely stressful. My husband worked with Sam, who was so wonderful and didn't stress out about us needing to be approved ASAP for an apartment. She walked my husband through everything he needed to do and answered all of his questions that he had about the complex and the area. We moved in on blind faith (as we didn't have time to come before moving to look at the apartment), and we are so happy with it! The complex is beautiful - well maintained, quiet, and lots of space to walk around. Staff are so kind - they are patient with my crazy kids when we have to stop in and talk with them, and they are always quick to answer our questions if we have to email. Maintenance is amazing - they are so fast to respond to our requests and one worker even stopped by on his day off to help my husband hang up our TV. I feel incredibly safe living here and having my two children play outside. The apartments are on the expensive side, but my husband and I find them worth it and plan to move up to a three bedroom in the near future. If I had to find a fault (and it's hard to), it would be nice to have a children's play area since many complexes around have one, but there's so much space for my children to run around and play that it's seriously only me trying to find fault in the complex. My husband and I go back and forth about buying a house because we love this complex so much and would be happy here for a long time.”

“Great place to come and watch the games! Always get the “Blazin’ wings” the heat is so intense and will have you red in the face and crying (in the best way possible). It is strangely addictive. The drinks are great and for reasonable prices. Wings are great (of course) I like to got a hot and mild sauce/seasoning to balance it out. If you need to cool off your mouth get milk!”
