Unfortunately when they opened it up to fix the screen it caused other issues with it charging. They went above and beyond to try to get my phone to work again but ultimately it was unsalvageable. “I can not say enough about this wonderful boutique. I have been a client for several years, even when they had their store at the downtown plaza. Everytime I have visited the store,the customer service has been impeccable. The girls work with you to help add a twist to and compliment your style. They recommend options that you may have not thought of putting together...and you walk out feeling like a new high end super model. I always end up doing my biggest shopping spree when I visit their store. During my most recent visit I worked with Mikayla and Catherine. Mikayla gathered a whole bunch of combinations to go with a skirt that I had picked out..and I ended buying pretty much all of them. She was so accommodating and happy to help me out, and great energy. Catherine was the gal who rang me up at the register and she was absolutely delightful to make the transaction with. She actually had to ship me my items and took the time to communicate with me via texting as I live in Columbia. What this store does is far way and above to provide the best customer service and well trained sales representatives. I will continue to visit this store and keep bringing my friends who are equally in love with the boutique. Ladies if you have not visited this store I urge you to make the stop and look at their selection of clothing. Jake helped us find the perfect couch and got us connected with the lead designer Josh. Josh helped us narrow down our fabric choices and pick the right sectional and pillows to match our space. Josh made us feel at ease, gave us some laughs, provided us superb customer service and to top it off made sure we enjoyed some frozen custard and cookies! (Yes! They have custard and cookies!) I loved hearing about the history of this family owned business that started in Emporia! It is a gem for the state of Kansas and we highly recommend. No matter your budget or what you are looking for— look here first. They have a great selection and are also very kid friendly (If you have kiddos they have tricycles the kids can ride!) “The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it. I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above. She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.”

“I love this place! My German Shepard mix is 16 and I do not feel comfortable leaving him with a groomer anymore. The self serve washing stations are so awesome for my old man. So much easier than using the tub at home or the cold hose! Plus the mess is out of my home! The staff here are so super friendly too! Reasonable prices too!”

“I had lunch with my wife there last week and everything is just how you would hope it would be in this kind of joint. And, for me, the new menu includes a hand-breaded fish and chips filet that has become my new favorite place for fish and chips.
