I have second floor dampers that needed to be harmonized with a new system. MVP did the work to ensure that the job was complete, and both systems were harmonized with the existing duct system. More importantly I have enjoyed Rhonda staying on top of my tune up schedule (even though the system was new), the reminder helps me to keep my system up to date. “Thank you for making our package drop-off so easy. I had a struggle with a different FedEx location the day before coming here due to a very rude and unhelpful staff member. I had my fingers crossed as I came in to this location with hopes someone would take my package. It was as easy as it should have been for the last store but it takes a frustrating experience to add to my appreciation of great customer service. You guys do have a really slow email system but that's my only complaint and that's just FedEx not store specific. Either way, I appreciated the patience for the email, kind service, the overall easy transaction of printing the label and taking my package without a fight to make me buy another box for it like the previous store, thank you again!!”

“My three year old son needed eye care. We had originally gone to another family eye care office but I can tell you that they were not properly set up to handle young children. I know this now that I have visited Pediatric Eye Care. Their attention to detail in helping both my son and us as parents is incredible. All of the exams went so much smoother and they listened to our concerns while giving detailed explanation on his diagnosis. If you are looking for pediatric eye care this is the place to visit. My only small issue is the lady in the eyeglass department is so sweet and helpful but she needs help! At one point she had 3-4 families waiting and there was little to be done. I hope they provide more staff as they have an incredible option of glasses for kids!”

“There is a man that works there named Tony and he is the happiest, friendliest and kindest person I have ever seen in a business. You walk in, he is smiling, he welcomes you and he is funny. I also noticed several other people in line already knew his name or were saying hi to him as if they knew him. The guy ahead of me in the line was also complimenting him for being so nice and also said that's why him and his friends go to lunch there. He is absolutely amazing and I will not eat lunch anywhere else ever again just because of this. He is an absolute Rockstar. I hope he's a manager if not you should seriously consider making him one. We need more people like Tony in this world. It is very clear that you have a very, very unique person working for you!!!
