Cynthia of Homestead rentals is by far the best realtor/property manager I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the area made my wife and I transition to Fort Leavenworth seamless. Although we were not able to rent a property from her, she took her time to educate us on all available resources in the area resulting in us requesting her as our realtor.
Cynthia, spent countless hours helping us find a place that met all of our needs and much more. Not once trying to upsell a property above our price range. Additionally, explaining ever step of the homebuying process and encouraging us to look at local lenders, resulting in us saving money during closing.
