Never had an issue with connection or low speeds, and paying your bill takes a 2 minute phone call. While I would prefer online bill pay, it is extremely quick and easy to pay by phone. In a day and age where telecom companies are routinely voted "worst companies in America", People's Communications delivers a great service at a fair price.

However, they do not provide a way to pay the bill on the web, nor do they have a drop box you can use to drop off your payment after hours, since they close before most get off work, or if they are open later in Louisburg it's just one or two nights a week. I only have Internet service and it is very dependable as it is fiber underground, but a little pricey for a relatively low Mbps.
