(May 11, 2021, 10:06 am)The swimming area is very busy during the summer! The people who work in the lake office are very nice, informative and helpful. I always take a picnic lunch and fish most of the day.

(August 15, 2020, 4:15 pm)We have a trailer here and love the peacefulness. The park is a little short on amenities but it is only 5 minutes to Marion for anything you need. They have no-wake times on the lake in the morning for canoe and kayak soft-water bliss. The “residents” are friendly and look out for each other. The Lake Superintendent, Isaac, is super nice and does a great job.

(June 5, 2020, 1:42 am)The place would be perfect if they could continue to keep the trees under control around the banks they are beginning to take over and then there's the issue of the blue green algae
