Even though the lines here get long, these ladies do a fantastic job getting people in and out. I've been in here enough to know that the "personal" conversations (mentioned above) that go on, is called Customer Service and being polite. It's what you do when you work with the public. They're not robots. Kudos to y'all, who have to put up with such bitter, self absorbed people, all day. Sometimes in life, you have to wait your turn, especially if a place is busy or short handed. They're doing the best they can. Great job, ladies.
Paola which of course is Miami county I guess one would say if they where passing throuis my gosh people are so friendly. Plus if you not started on your tax the treasury department will be more the happy to help you.
