“Family member has been in a few nursing facilities. North Point at Paola has caring staff that get to know the residents. They can tell when someone is just having an off day. They work to keep cheer in the hallways, talking to residents and each other. Physical therapists are good. Food looks good and our resident asks for food in off dinner hours, and gets it with a smile. They have made remodeling updates lately. Glad they are here for our resident. I don't give five stars, so they got a good rating from me.”
