(May 8, 2018, 8:10 pm)I felt I never had time to exercise, never had time to spend with my wife, and never had time to spend with the kids. That all changed when we signed up for the classes. Yes we do work out and learn self defense, but it has bound our family together. The kids enjoy teach me things we are learning together. Angela is a great instructor.
(February 27, 2017, 9:34 pm)Great school to learn Tae kwon do in a family fun environment. An excellent teacher that will have fun, while pushing your physical limits to make you better. Great opportunities for extra classes, like a form seminar hosted by a South Korean National Form champion!
