  Although the service is on schedule and if the service is to be delayed, you receive a phone call, which is nice. However, the collectors in my area have repeatedly thrown my and my neighbors trash bins in the street after repeated, weekly attempts to ask them to show some respect for property let them know to not do this. I understand that this may not be the best job to have, but if you're going to do it, do it professionally. I can't tell you how many times this year, I've come home to have my recycling bin sitting in the street or thrown back into my yard.

  I recently experienced trouble with Waste Management and left a poor review. This is a follow-up review to acknowledge that Bryce with L&K Louisburg made things right.
