Spoke with Jack at this pharmacy just today in regards to making sure no refills were open or automatic on my grandpa's account since he recently passed. Jack was so kind and thoughtful. He offered his condolences and was extremely thorough in letting me know how they will notate my grandpa's account. Jack, thank you for your kindness and sympathies during this difficult time for our family. It may have only been a short interaction, but you made quite an impression on me. Thank you so much!

Changed my prescription without consulting me. No explanation, nothing. I found out when I was home and opened my bag. Switched me from something I’ve been taking for years to something I’ve never heard of. I’d like to talk to them about it but have not been able to get an answer on their phone. Still trying.
Once I was able to talk to someone I found out what happened and it has been resolved. The pharmacy assistant Elise, was very sweet and informative. The situation went from stressful to fine.

We recently switched health insurance companies and the pharmacist and staff at the Goddard Wal-Mart have been so incredibly helpful. They’re communicative, knowledgeable and very kind. I really appreciate them helping us figure out our pain-in-the-$&! insurance! Thanks to all the men and women at the pharmacy for being so pleasant to work with!

Wonderful!!! So thankful I switched here from Walgreens. They have caught 2 errors from my doctors office. Both would have been an overdose of medication dosage to my infant and toddler. They are accurate, caring and thorough.
