First time I used their service it was for Boy Scout flyers; Ken made several copies before he decided what settings were best; and he gave me a lot of extra copies for free. Second time I used Ken's Printing I emailed pdfs of office forms I use. It took a while (I had a lot of forms!) but I was very happy with the results AND the total cost! After years of using the big office stores for my copies thinking I was getting a good deal, I found this place which saves me almost half of what I would normally spend at the big office store. Keep the local stores open! I'm sticking with Ken's.....
