Absolutely the best Cracker Barrel in East Alabama! No wait, immediate seating, service was above and beyond, food was fresh and hot, served within minutes of placing order, but made fresh to order. We talked with everyone from the Hostess to a manager, all of them great! This store is about a hour from home, but well worth the drive!

Very nice restaurant, employees were very pleasant and helpful. The food was great and as usual plenty of it. Loved looking around in the old country store too. Very good night with my wife, son, daughter n law, and grandson. We will be back.

This one in particular is our favorite location to come to. We've been coming here since I moved to Alabama in 2016 & since then have only had one or two servers who seemed like they were either having an off day or just didn't want to be there in general. They're no longer there anymore. Other than those times our experience has been great; service great, food excellent (just four days ago we gave compliments to the cook for a steak my fiancé ordered).
Definitely recommend this specific location!

We were seated promptly but our waitress was new, (I won't refer to her by name because I think that would be unfair),. It was obvious that she was still a bit nervous. Long story short, she got my order wrong and I guess being new and nervous she failed to offer to correct the order and quickly retreated to the kitchen area. Fortunately another waitress, who I will gladly name), Heather overheard me discussing my frustration with my wife and stopped at our table and offered to be of assistance. Heather quickly ascertained the mistake and went to the kitchen and expedited my order which was prepared to perfection and brought it out to our table herself. If the new waitress gets to work around Heather often enough I'm sure she'll be just fine.
