  Using the tank was a very relaxing experience. I had a little trouble setting down to relax but that was just me. I would recommend the 60 minutes over 90, i was done before my time was up. A little bit expensive but worth a try.

  I think we’d both (my husband and I) recommend the 60 min rather than the 90. As both of us got out early but enjoyed it before then. (Full disclosure this preg. lady had to go).
  
  You feel so weightless and the baby was a kick kicking like she was having fun. You do need to be in the mood for silence and solitude or it won’t work. The husband says it hits you just how relaxing it is later.
  
  We also had a myofascial release/massage. Which was like a muscle relaxing tension relieving thing. We both enjoyed it. There’s a shower to wash off and the owner/massage therapist is super nice.
  
  Only negative would be that it’s a tad pricy (you get a great amount for your dollar it’s worth it)

  The float was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect but I felt the most relaxed I have .... Ever

  I wish everyone would try this atleast once. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. I expected to feel a little freaked out, claustrophobic, or possibly bored. However, I felt none of those things. I'm looking forward to returning. I encourage everyone to research the mental and physical health benefits of floating and give it a try!

  I highly recommend this lovely experience. Annie was very sweet, explained everything clearly and concisely. I felt my privacy was very respected. I also felt attended. I will definitely do another "float". I will add, next time I will not have any coffee or caffeine the day of my appointment. I had not had coffee for several hours, but, I could tell I had caffeine in my body. It was counter productive to the experience.
