MINI of Wichita

My mom has a MINI that was purchased here with help from Mason Felter and she absolutely LOVES it. She’s in her 80s and fees like she’s got a new sports car. I love the fact that we can bring it in for service and everyone in the dealership is so friendly and treats her so well. Just a top quality experience all around.

Recently had my Mini Cooper in to correct work from another shop. These service guys did a great job and quickly fixed all three issues. Austin and Alec were professional and great to work with. I trust these guys.

I live in Texas and given the car market it's hard to find new cars. Found what I was looking for online here and I'm happy I did. Matthew was the main man he responded quick and efficiently every step of the way. I've never bought a car online or out of state but Matthew made the process so easy and smooth. I had reached out to other dealers across the country and had different experiences but you can tell they really care. Matthew owns a mini himself and has previously sold cars to people and my state so his knowledge on the buying process and the car itself was vast. The car arrived today and he's still keeping up with me asking if I need help with settings and what not. On top of this the price was under msrp(rare in this day and age) and definitely under cut dealers here in Houston trying to charge 3-4K over msrp. More than likely I'll be buying another mini one day and I actually just might go in person here next time and not even bother with dealers here because they definitely made an impression

I came from Alabama to buy my new MINI. I worked with Stephen Belisle. Why did I travel so far? Some of it was due to the limited availability of MINI's and the specific model. But I did find some cars closer than MINI of Wichita, I ended up going with them because of how they treated me. On the main page you get their up front price, period. They aren't sneaking in all sorts of hidden fees, etc. We couldn't initially get together on the price but Stephen kept doing his best. We finally agreed to a great price, I mean a great price and after I arrived, they had actually found $2-3 more dollars per month on our lease payment. I know that doesn't sound like much but he know the price we really wanted and helped us get as close as possible.

The whole staff was super friendly and nice, the young gentleman who drove me from the hotel is a true car fanatic and he and I had some great discussions on the way to the dealership. The others sales staff treated me like I was their customer.

I liked it so much that when it comes to our next MINI, I will look there first. I enjoyed the flight up and the drive back through beautiful northwest Arkansas.

If you are looking for a MINI (or BMW), at least give them a chance to earn your business.
