At first, it was just going to be a luxury item I would treat myself to every now and then. After that first massage, I had to treat myself, again! Before long, I realized I wasn't treating myself, I was taking care of myself!
The massages at A.Jay Health and Wellness are not just a transactional service. With each massage, there is an understanding of what I need to recover, heal, and feel recharged. The experience at A.Jay Health and Wellness feels collaborative as I am able to not only take away a rejuvenated feeling but new information to help me take care of me.

Her whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they offer a wide range of natural products that help with various ailments, and I am always feeling like a new person walking out the door. 10/10 Would recommend.

A.Jay Health and Wellness has helped to give me a break from my aches and pains while teaching me things i can do myself too. From relaxing massages to FitTeam products I know A.Jay will help me to feel better. I strongly recommend A.Jay Health and Wellness.
