  Courtney’s method is efficient and effective. I’ve had recurring issues with acute lower back pain injuries which was actually cause by weak hips! Dry needling the first session helped with the pain and really reinforced his diagnosis when I felt all those muscle spasms and the subsequent release. Don’t hesitate to try dry needling and do the exercises Courtney recommends. With Courtney’s guidance and exercises I’ve increased my hip and core strength. I am confident that if I follow Courtney’s instructions, I will continue to improve. I also know if I have any other issues, I will return to Courtney for his help.

  The thing I love about Courtney is that he specializes in athletic care, and he is one himself. He understands that most issues that plague us are not actual injuries but problems that arise from weak muscles. He teaches how to strengthen those muscles and what needs done to bulletproof you to prevent common problems. He took me from barely being able to run at all clear through my first marathon and then through my first 50K, with no knee pain at all. I highly recommend!

  I started having chronic hip pain about 10 years ago. I had pain and discomfort on a daily basis. I couldn't sit or stand for long periods of time and the worse thing was that I couldn't keep up with my friends at Top Crop. Squats and deadlifts killed me. I tried stretching, massage. I went to the chiropractor and PT and all of the relief was temporary.
  When I started at Natural Wellness, my coach started noticing improvements right away. I was moving better and my pain was improving. We worked on improving my technique and I was keeping up better with my friends. I am no longer in chronic pain and after a few sessions we started working on some shoulder and posture issues.
  I am so happy with my progress and going to the gym is so much more enjoyable now. Thanks so much.

  I started having hip and back pain about 5 years ago. A few weeks before I started at Natural Wellness the pain had become unbearable. I was going to the chiropractor regularly and had PT last year and neither one of them had helped much. I have been active all my life and now I wasn't able to teach my group fitness classes or even do my own workouts. I struggled with everyday activities like just getting out of my car and sleeping.
  When I started at Natural Wellness Physiotherapy, my sciatic pain decreased starkly after just one session. After each visit, I was given personal exercise videos and felt stronger every week. We worked on my exercise techniques and movements and I started getting back to my exercises regularly. I was able to lose 10 pounds and my sleep got much better.
  I am so thankful for what I learned and I know that I can always reach out to them with questions or concerns. This is what physical therapy should be. I want to make sure Dr. Morse, and the entire staff know that I am very thankful for them giving me hope again. I know it may sound mushy or even exaggerated but it's the truth! Before I received therapy, I became depressed every time I thought about living the rest of my life in pain, the inevitability of the pain getting worse, not being able to exercise, and never having a good night's sleep ever again. I am very thankful and very grateful ?

  Courtney is AMAZING! He is like no other PT you have met! He wants to help you achieve your goals if that's running a marathon or being able to lift your arm. He is honest, gives you the tools your need, and makes a plan specific to you and your schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Courtney!
