  My twin boys are so well taken care of at this facility I highly recommend for every parent needing child care. They are always coming home with incredible crafts and art projects they have made. Each time I pick them up they can't stop talking about all the fun and learning they had throughout the week. The staff has been so fantastic in keeping me well informed about any and all challenges we are facing during their development. I have been involved with zoom meetings as well as office visits to discuss in lengthy detail how I can be as involved in their life as possible. This has meant even arranging visitation times toward the end of a weekday when my busy hectic life has prevented me from having frequent enough visitation with them. They have gone above and beyond for my family and I. Very healthy meals provided that they even get to be involved in helping with the preparation of.
  
  My boys have been here since they were infants and are already now, after only just turning 4, preparing for Kindergarten in a Pre-K and Preschool program within the facility. New Horizon in Shorewood really is the best! Thank you for all that you do!!

  I wrote a review about 2 years ago when my twin boys were babies attending New Horizon Academy - Shorewood. My twins are 3 years old and still go to this center. There is a reason I haven't switched childcare, because I truly believe this center to be one of the best out there and I can't believe how lucky I was to find it! My twins have transitioned from the infant room, to the young toddler room, toddler room and now young preschool room.
  
  My twins spend their day filled with fun themes, solid routine, art projects, S.T.E.A.M activities, they work on their writing skills, alphabet, numbers, they have lots of friends they are excited to see everyday, they talk about how much they like their teachers, they are provided nutritious meals, snacks, and have a big playground to let out some energy. The staff is attentive to my twin’s emotional and developmental needs and make careful decisions with my guidance on issues such as behavior and potty training. Ms. Morgan, Ms. Nikki, Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Erin, Ms. Grace (So many others!) are wonderful teachers with strong communication skills I can't say enough positive things about!
  
  I could write an entire book about how happy I am with New Horizon Academy - Shorewood, but I'll stop right here. If you are looking for quality child care from providers who truly care and become a part of your family, please reach out to them! This daycare goes above and beyond what I thought daycare centers were and I feel my twins will be ahead of the curve when it is time for kindergarten.

  My twin infants go to this daycare and I love it! The facility is nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. I am very happy knowing my boys are well cared for with lots of fun activities and excellent communication. Highly recommended!

  The staff runs a well organized, calm, fun environment for babies!
  
  I have a 5 month old in the infant room and he has been there for about 2 months. We went through a few daycare facilities with my older son and I am quite impressed with the operations of the infant room.
  
  Its an infant room, so babies are going to cry some times, but I am astounded by how generally calm the room is. This is the experience and good planning by the staff at its best! They are absolutely wonderful and it is obvious that they not only are very good at their jobs, but that they enjoy being there. Especially Gina and Jessie :)
