  So, this was my first time buying a car and I was a bit of a nervous wreck. Memories of my older siblings and parents spending days in the scorching heat in car lot after car lot looking for the best deal still haunt me. After my sister and brother-in-law recommend this place, I'm happy to say this was the first and only car lot I had to visit. I know rookie mistake, but hear meame out. Doing some research online, I kept finding myself being lead back to their website due to the type of cars I wanted and their prices.
  
  Jeff Allen was the car salesman who helped me (Got a 2016 Ford Escape ?) and Alex is who helped me in finance (was able to help save me 30$ a month on my payments ?). I'm very appreciative of them both.
  
  Jeff was very patient with me. Never felt rushed or pressured while looking for a car. Never felt judged for my slow driving. Answered all questions I had about any vehicle. Overall, I had a very good experience.
  
  Alex did a great job of explaining the paperwork. Very helpful while I was there. The process was much faster than anticipated. I've been told by friends that the process can takes hours. It took roughly 45 minutes at the most.
  
  I can see why my sister and brother-in-law come here so often when shopping for vehicles. I look forward to future business with them!

  I have brought my VW Passet in serial ti.es for different things from coolant flushes, tune up and regular service to window tints. The work and actual service done has always been exceptional, their prices on services always beats any shop in town and the $10 a day loaner can't be beat. When it comes to communication and customer service they are lacking... big time. Every trip in requires me to follow up, I have to call. When I was told they couldn't flush my coolant system because their machine was broken i waited mo the thinking they would call..nope. Again, I had to call them. Just brought my car in for window tint and dropped off the night before. Came to pick my car up at almost closing time the next business day only to be told it wasn't ready. Not a big deal when you live in Wichita but I live out by Newton. Tint is flawless and looks great, just wish they would communicate better.

  Great place to shop, knowledgeable staff for both VW and Infinity. Come by and see them and let them get you into a new VW or Infinity.

  The staff is amazing. Across the board every employee has treated us like family.
  The atmosphere is very relaxing.
  Fresh cookies,coffee,water available while you wait 9n the team to address your needs.
  I am very glad we chose this team.
  Tim has definitely made it all fall into place. We will continue to service the Atlas 2019.
