  The manager there Zak Fabiola was fantastic! He helped us out with a frozen phone and instead of trying to just force the option of buying a new one he fixed it. As other employees there had done the opposite before. He also was friendly and very sociable during the time of waiting for this process to occur. So if you ever got to go get a new phone i would highly recommend them at this location. Hopefuly your phone wount freeze up on you, but if it does Zak just might be able to fix it. ????

  Excellent experience. The two gentlemen who helped me with my purchase were very friendly and knowledgeable. One even stayed beyond his shift time to help since they were setting up 3 phones. They also let me know of additional discounts I was eligible for on top of the really nice deal I had originally gone there to purchase. They took the time to switch everything over from the old phone to the new on all 3 phones which does take a little time when X3 and is most appreciated. Thank you both for all your help and the awesome customer service you provided. I'm glad I made the switch over to metro.
