  My overall experience at CareNow was pretty good. Registration online beforehand was simple and saved from having to do it by hand at the facility. The actual service performed was done very well and professionally, with the nurses/doctors being very courteous and accommodating. I was very impressed with the staff.
  
  My only complaint is with the checking in process. To try to keep the numbers down in the waiting room, you wait at home until you get a text saying to come in. I’m sure it helps to some degree, but there was still about 10 people waiting, and I still had to wait for about 30-40 min before I was ready to be seen, even though I was told rooms had opened up due to some cancellations. I still think they have some work to do to streamline that process.

  The home check in process is so nice. We only waited 5 minutes from the time we arrived after being called in. Everyone was so courteous and both the nurse and PA were thorough with our complaints and exams. Appreciate not feeling rushed and the personal attention. They were able to see all 3 members of my family at once!

  It’s quiet and nicely furnished. The waiting chairs are comfortable. The television is not abrasively loud. The staff are helpful and patient. The only downside is the long waiting time, especially if they’re busy.

  The receptionist was polite and professional. I had to leave due to a family emergency. I came back was seen sooner than I thought. The Nurse Practitioner was really nice and good spirited. She made my time quick and simple. Even made me smile. Was really enjoyable. Good place to go

  Wayne Burns is a fantastic and extremely helpful man. I went through so many therapists and doctors and specialists before I came across Wayne Burns. I'm so happy I did. He listened. He wasn't pill happy. He asked questions where they were needed. He was fantastic!
