Very happy with all the interactions I've had with the folks at Heartland Dentistry. Office personnel great about taking time to explain insurance options. Dental hygienists very friendly and thorough. Dr. Graff has a very laid back attitude that I find refreshing. He has been willing to take a wait and see attitude on minor issues, never pushing to "hurry up" and jump into the complicated procedures. Feel like he did a great job on a recent crown, he was very particular about the installation and it paid off, I think the crown looks/fits/feels like the original tooth - or maybe better. I don't enjoy dental work (who does?) but I do enjoy visiting the great people at Heartland Dentistry.

Leah and Frances are fabulous hygienists. They have always taken great care of my teeth. I enjoy visiting with Candy in the front office and Dr. Andy is always very easy going and not pushy about trying to talk me into procedures or dental work. I would highly recommend them and I have personally referred several friends and extended family members to use their services. Thank you to the whole Heartland Dentistry team for taking great care of my and my family's dental needs!

Never in my life have I said "I love my dentist." ...until now. Best dentist I have ever had. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else:)

The entire process was amazing. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 6 years and was extremely nervous. The woman who took my xrays and cleaned my teeth was SO gentle and kind, and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and seeing, which helped me to be much less nervous. I’m not worried at all for my 6 month cleaning now, and I’m glad to get my dental health back on track. The doctor was personable and kind as well. I’m going to tell all of my friends to come here from now on.
