Your company is doing Hurricane Irma cleanup work here in Sebring, FL. Today they are here on Skipper Rd. and they are doing an excellent job of removing the stacks of debris. They work very well as a team, are very safety conscious and are doing a thorough job with the debris pickup. Everybody's quite friendly too. We thank them for the excellent service. For the last several years my oak tree has been suffering from the attack of the scales. Arbor Masters has come to the rescue with, without exaggeration, the BEST customer service that I have seen in years. After spending much time gathering many estimates, in March of this year, I settled on and contracted with Arbor Masters Tree Service in Wichita to remove three huge Elm trees from my backyard and grind all the stumps, all of which they did in a very efficient and timely manner. After that, I noticed a large limb scraping the roof of my office building and immediately called Arbor Masters to remove it, which again, they did very professionally. Then, with the three Elms removed, I could see additional tree trimming and tree removal work that needed to be done in my backyard. Without hesitation, I immediately called Arbor Masters to do it. As usual, the work was completed last week exactly as requested. They even went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Based on the quality of their work, the equipment they have available, and the fairness of their pricing, I don’t need to bother with other estimates when I need additional tree work in the future. I’ll just call Arbor Masters.
