KANZA Bank

I was just disgusted that the guy making our sandwiches didn't wash his hands before putting on clean gloves. Also, there was a piece of salami in the tuna. We don't eat pork so that's an issue. My daughter wouldn't allow me to say anything. I teach food safety and sanitation so it's hard not to notice those things that causes cross-contamination and food poisoning. That's why I don't eat at Subway but she does. Overall, the guy was friendly and had great customer service skills. I wouldn't knock them from being solicited. Just need to revisit sanitation training.

The website shows that they are open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Apparently these hours only apply to the ATM machines outside. The lobby does not open up until 9:00 a.m. that is not on the website. the east branch has removed the drive-up window. Why? Removing it is definitely not a benefit for the customer.

Kanza Bank has their roots in family owned, small town, personalized banking and it shows.
They truly care about their customers!
