If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I was assisting a family member with Medicare decisions that had to be made in only a few days. Ryan has the gift of being able to explain a very complicated system in terms that even someone with absolutely no Medicare experience can understand. He and his colleagues are kind, understanding, patient, honest, and so knowledgeable. We were so fortunate to find them!

I worked with Ryan Nutter when I initially signed up for Medicare about a year ago. He was very helpful and straightforward in guiding me through that new experience.

It was my good fortune to meet Ryan about 5 yrs ago. I had received so many things pertaining to signing up for Medicare that I was totally confused. Ryan responded to a postcard I sent in and stopped by my house to introduce himself and explain every option available to me for the additional insurance I would need that is not covered by Medicare. Him being able to write policies for any company let me know he was going to be sure I had the best company for my needs as well as my budget. He has the clearest way of explaining things and showing me how one company compares to the other. It really is easy to understand the information he is giving.
Truly, I am so grateful to have Ryan for my insurance agent. He is very knowledgeable, really a great friendly guy to talk with, completely honest and let's me know he is watching out for my best interests. He checks in with me each year at renewal time to go over which plan is best for me. Anytime I've had a question about my insurance, he gets me the information I need.
