  I lived in Newport for almost 2 years and I loved it ! I didn’t have hardly any maintenance issues but a couple of times and each time they were prompt and always pleasant. The ladies and gentleman at the front office were always polite and helpful. If I didn’t need a 3 bedroom I wouldn’t have moved.

  Loved living here. The staff was always wonderful and facilities top notch and clean ! If I ever have the need for apartment living again I would definitely come back.

  We lived in Newport for a year and a half. We firmly believe it is the best apartment complex in Wichita. For what you pay, you get a great experience- vaulted ceilings (at least in the 3rd floor apartments), cute character in the apartments, and the most gorgeous lake right outside your house. We know we will incredibly miss our walks and picnics around the lake. Ryan, one of the leasing managers is wonderful to work with. Relocating to Wichita we had just lived in a luxury downtown Denver apartment who's leasing agents hold themselves to the highest standard of service to their residents. Working with Ryan was the same quality level as working with one of our agents there. He always seems to be in a good mood and is happy to greet residents. He always goes out of his way to help you (even when it might not be convenient), remembers his tenants personally and makes conversation with you. We very much enjoyed working with him and always went to Ryan when we needed help with something.
  
  I am giving Newport 4 stars because there are a few things in need of improvement. The kitchens are in need of an upgrade. Their gate system is in desperate need of a fix. Several times living there the code wouldn't work, but I think that got fixed. Many times it is not even shut, so I'm not sure the point of having it. Witnessing the way people go about that gate, I think it creates more dangerous situations having it than not. It is not a reason to not move there, but if you do, be cautious as you turn into the apartment and go through the gate. We're also not sure why they stopped accepting our packages in the middle of covid19 - a time when you are ordering more to keep from going to the store. On a number of occasions, the woman who I assume is the Leasing Director was very rude. This included her losing interest and basically hanging up on me when I kindly confirmed with her that we would be continuing to pay month to month due to some potential job prospects in other cities we were waiting to hear from. One evening when they were apparently hosting a resident event on the property, I came in to the office to grab my mail and she said "umm, we're closed, we can't get your mail". Since their office was not locked, nor did they have a sign that said closed (and I had come during their regular business hours), I was unaware. During the time she took to then explain to me how she couldn't get my mail, because they were closing up early to host a resident event, in that amount of time, Ryan had grabbed my package and placed it in my hands. I left and they immediately locked the door which they should have done in the first place. Additionally, I witnessed this woman reprimanding her leasing managers in front of me and other residents or future residents. Completely unprofessional! I think Case and Associates has some work to do with the training of their leadership.
  
  Overall, I would recommend living here of all the places in Wichita.
