Dr. Donald spent the entirety of an hour helping me with compassionate professionalism. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
Loved Dr James! He follows the old school pratices of treating the whole person. He takes the time needed to find out what all is going on and explains procedures and works to find a solution until a solution is found. Will continue to follow up when necessary. Can work you into the schedule in as promptly as possible. Which in this instance, I called at the end of a work day and got in first thing the next morning. In this day and age that is almost unheard of, i can't get into my family physician for nearly a week when and if I call them. I pretty much don't call them any more and find other ways around going and only keep that office for insurance purposes. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. DONALD JAMES!!
Absolutely loved this office. The nurse was very friendly and personable. Can't speak highly enough of the Dr's bed side manner. He was very patient with my daughter and explained in detail what needed to be done. Would highly recommend him!
I have gone to Dr. Donald several times now. He's not a pill pusher: he is an old-fashioned, LETS FIND THE PROBLEM, type doc. No pills, no shots, going through history from childhood, daily, weekly, seasonal symptoms. Believes were have well created/made bodies that we need to take care of. Great bedside manners. Very much enjoy the time I spend with him.
