  My son had to have an outpatient procedure and the staff there were so very helpful, compassionate and loving. Leann, Danielle and Kim even wrote a note on his discharge instructions thanking him for being able to provide service and I think that personalized his experience even more! The entire surgery team was great. Good bedside manners... They really value their patients. My son even looked for Leann when surgery was over to thank her. They were so loving that the one nurse that was rude and seemed to not have the same values that the other staff had, was over-looked by me because all the pleasant encounters over shadowed her rudeness... she needs to retire or go to another hospital. So unpleasant I can't even remember her name... Overall I absolutely loved the experience we had at Wesley woodlawn.

  I came to Wesley with an infected cyst, made worse by poor care received at AFC earlier in the week. My expectation was to have the site lanced again, but the MD went ahead and removed the entire cyst so that it was not a matter of time before it became infected again. This says to me that his care was based more on my needs than expediency. Protocol was well-followed and my questions and concerns were met with respect. If one person did not have an authoritative answer, they went to someone who did. This was far different from the ad hoc answers I was given at AFC that I later found out were more often than not false. I was given thorough aftercare instructions, both by the person who bandaged my wound and in my discharge papers. Unlike my experience earlier that week at AFC, I came away confident that this team had taken every step to make my situation better. The area where the cyst had been removed is far better now. After a wait time of about 90 seconds, I got everything I needed and was home within the hour.

  The employees are so nice and prompt. I was in and out of there unlike most emergency rooms and they took very good care of me. It was clean and the atmosphere was positive. Thank you night shift employees for helping me when no one else did. ????????????

  We always get immediate attention in the ER. Our last visit was great. Staff helped save my spouses kidneys due to their rapid attention and coordination with the main campus. All staff without exception are wonderful!
