I just wanted to comment on the below reviews for 'government guidelines'.
So long as physicians are doing monthly drug screening and upholding their pain management contracts than they are free to percribe any type of pain management they see fit! Physician/Patient relationships are a must when dealing with pain.
If someone has worked for someone 10+ years and then their physician retired just for example, than abruptly changing that course of treatment without any sort of tampering or logic other than government guidelines is simply rubbish! Not that this is what happens here but some doctors in the Wichita area are using this explanation to their patients and come to find out they have been in trouble with the DEA for reasons related to prescribing medications without following normal narcotics treatment guidelines....
