  I had first contacted Hai a couple years ago to request a quote on car insurance. My daughter was going to start driving and the quote I received from our previous insurance agent was extremely high. After we sent the cancellation letter to my previous insurance agent, he contacted me and suggested that I review the quote carefully and get clarifications on a few items because there was no way another insurance company could provide a better deal without cutting corners. Hai was able to easily alleviate any concerns my previous agent caused. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me.
  
  This year I had to submit my first claim after our basement flooded. I have never had to submit a claim but Hai has been so helpful throughout the entire process. After talking to the claims adjuster, I was confused because he stated our policy limit was a lot less than what I saw on the Declarations page. Hai was able to contact the claims adjuster to have him review the claim again. Since then, the claims adjuster was pretty unresponsive and Hai continued to regularly follow up with him and escalated the issue to his managers. After almost a month, the claims adjuster contacted me and provided an update on the claim. I am so grateful for Hai's assistance throughout this claims process!

  I’ve worked with Hai when I first bought my house a few years ago and he got me a great quote on my house and car bundled together. He is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. This year he reviewed my current polices and was able to found me a better quote and saved me over $1000!! I definitely recommend using their company.

  I highly recommend AP Insurance Group for all your insurance needs. Hai is very helpful and informative. I got into an accident and he helped filed my claim and was constantly checking up on me and making sure everything was resolved.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I recently bought a house and had no clue where to start with insurance coverage. Hai made the process so easy. He shopped through multiple carriers to help me find the best policy for the lowest price possible. He also found me some additional discounts on top of that! Hai was very professional and I can easily reach him any time I have questions. Definitely would recommend him or the other agents for your insurance needs!
