Roman's Little River Shoppe

I just got the most kind, gentle, and timely sympathy card from Dr. Kelly and her whole staff after having to put my dog down just three days ago. Dr. Kelly made the whole experience sweet with her listening ear and kind heart. Her staff was caring, thoughtful, compassionate...I can't find enough good things to say about them. They made an extremely difficult experience doable for us. Highly recommend this business.

It's a good working place, I have brought my dog here many times and have never had a bad experience. The only thing that keeps this from a 5 star is the wait. Some days are better than others, but I've had to wait for an hour one time for a small appointment. Otherwise, this is a very good place.

This review is for the grooming place specifically. I am torn because I’ve had positive visits and yet now I’ve had two bad ones. I wish they would get it together because I would hate to leave them. First bad experience they overbooked and rather than quickly getting my senior blind pet groomed quickly he had to wait hours. Once I did get a phone call that he was ready I had to wait 30 more minutes because they called me before coordinating with the clinic regarding his vaccines. By the time I did take my pet home he was so stressed out and didn’t eat for days. Very disappointing. Now I’m dealing with the second bad encounter a last minute change to my appointment after having this scheduled for more than a month ago and now I have to wait an additional 12 days to get him groomed. Very disappointed with this level of service.

I have been here quite a few times as this is near where I stay and they have always been great. Right from the customer service to the vets have always been courteous and knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and the differences in the breeds. Their costs are also pretty fair as well as their service.

Im posting again because we are blown away by the greatness of all at this clinic . We are healing after the loss of Knuckles... your staff made everything go smoothly. Now that we have time to reflect .. this was handled in the most loving way possible. Thank you again
