Excellent service!
Colby sold my house in fall 2015. Very happy with the process; I feel like everything was done as he explained it would be; and I feel like he did a very good job of communicating what he needed me to do on my end to make the best possible sale. All bases seemed to be covered, no balls were dropped. The look of the online listing seemed to be more professional than some realtors manage to do.
Went through three realtors over a few years to find and purchase that home; one probably worked this hard; none seemed this professional.
