  They helped me obtain my insurance cards from a very difficult company after being turned away from American family care in Hoover(off 31) and at the grove in Hoover, because both locations “stop Covid testing at 5” also, this location was professional and kind unlike the staff in Hoover off 31 who were extremely rude. Thank goodness for these kind people. They worked me in at the last minute with kindness and patience and efficiently. Highly recommend this location

  Fantastic and highly efficient patient service. I’ve used them twice within the last 2 weeks for different issues within my family. Both times they have assessed, addressed and treated the root causes immediately. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Conrad, Terrance and Everette, the clinicians during our last visit, were ALL great. A+++!!!

  So quick, super friendly. Felt crummy, needed a Covid test and was in and out with results fast. Everett and Malaysia were helpful and kind. Manager at front desk (Mr. Bill I think?) was very efficient and just nice. Refreshing contrast to other urgent cares. Hours are great too. This is my family’s new go-to place.

  Comforting, helpful nurses! Got me in and out and made things as easy as possible for a college student. Highly recommend!

  I get the movies that I want at a reasonable price but sometimes it takes longer than usual for the movie to come out of the kiosk

  I love this place! These people are always very nice! If they had more groceries that were compared to Dillon's Price's, there would be no reason to go anywhere else!
