I lived here for a couple of years during a lot of management fluctuation. I never had much of an issue with Montour Run except the maintenance which was severely lacking and quite honestly unprofessional (a lot of gossip and finger pointing). But those days are long gone.
Management settled quite well with the new ownership. Maintenance has been extremely responsive and actually completes their work. These were the only two real issues at Montour Run which have been resolved.
It really is a 4 star place. The grounds are kept decently, the units are a bit oddly shaped but nice, the community is great (no problems with any neighbors) and the location is good.
Overall, I really liked living at Montour Run and would recommend it to anyone who wants to live in a clean and quiet neighborhood with quick access to the freeway and Robinson Mall area.

Hannah is PHENOMENAL! She made the entire leasing process stress free and enjoyable. I toured numerous different apartments in the area and the Highlands of Montour Run was head and shoulders above the rest. Amazing customer service, high quality apartments, and lots of amenities. Fantastic leasing office and apartment complex. I can't say enough good things about both Hannah and Rosemary!

I would say that the staff at Orchard Gardens really puts in alot of work.

The facility could use some updates to better assist with patient and staff needs.
